Service contract

To increase the reliability and quality of our shipments, we offer our service contract.

The aim is to establish a real partnership with our clients, based on mutual agreements.


  Mutual agreements

The service contract includes:
commitments on our part for service quality:
- guarantee of shipping capacity for each order
- commitment for the delivery of your wagons
commitments on your part for volumes of traffic which you assign to us and the conditions under which you entrust your goods to us
details of traffic flow (origin and destination) involved


  Advantages for everyone

Optimized quality :
- E.g. By the deployment of heavy trains or shuttles enabling you to have full loads in wagons and trains at optimal capacity.
Definition and monitoring of quality indicators.
Financial compensation (bonus/penalty) for respect/non-respect of commitments.
Participation in your investments when positively reflected in the volumes carried.
- Guarantee of replacement solution in case of an incident, when possible, using a combination of rail and road for part of the transport.

All of these advantages will be defined on a case by case basis with the Fret SNCF sales representatives, and according to your needs.
